You'll all be glad to know that Zak and I got back safely - it was chucking it down when we got back and then to make matters worse they didn't ask to see Zac's passport. Good set of results today - achieved in tough competition and now onto tomorrow. Good luck in relays and expecting great things in 1500 and the half (but that doesn't count as it is 13 miles of jogging and a sprnt at the end0. By the way they are watching QI in the other room and the more I hear Steven Fry the more he sounds like that posh commentator at the athletics track. see you all on tuesday. Alun
